Wake up to a deliciously sweet and satisfying breakfast! This Banana Nut Caramel Overnight Oats are the perfect blend of creamy oats, sweet caramel, and crunchy nuts. Prep it the night before for a convenient, healthy, and indulgent morning treat!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana - chopped into pieces
- Handful of chopped peanuts
METHOD:
- Mix your maple syrup and peanut butter together to form a caramel sauce.
- Separately, mix all your remaining ingredients and stir through your caramel sauce, leaving a little to top it with.
- Place in the fridge to set overnight.
- Top with extra banana, coconut yogurt, extra nuts and remaining caramel sauce.
Serve in your favorite coconut bowl!
