RECIPE BY RUN 2 FOOD

This guilt-free smoothie bowl is packed with protein, so it would be a great quick meal after a workout. Top if off with some fresh fruits, nuts and nut butter for maximum enjoyment.

INGREDIENTS
  • Bananas, 3-4 large
  • Cocoa Powder, 2 tbsp
  • Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 tbsp
  • Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
  • Plant-based Milk, 1/3 cup
  • Liquid Sweetener, to taste (optional)
METHOD
  1. Place the plant-based milk first in your high-speed blender.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  3. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
