RECIPE BY RUN 2 FOOD
This guilt-free smoothie bowl is packed with protein, so it would be a great quick meal after a workout. Top if off with some fresh fruits, nuts and nut butter for maximum enjoyment.
INGREDIENTS
- Bananas, 3-4 large
- Cocoa Powder, 2 tbsp
- Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 tbsp
- Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
- Plant-based Milk, 1/3 cup
- Liquid Sweetener, to taste (optional)
METHOD
- Place the plant-based milk first in your high-speed blender.
- Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
