Dessert for breakfast? Why not? This sweet and not-so-guilty treat boasts the flavours of vanilla and peanut butter. The cookie dough is made with carefully chosen ingredients to make this completely safe to eat raw.
INGREDIENTS
- SMOOTHIE
- 180g frozen banana
- 15g peanut butter
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 30g milk
- COOKIE DOUGH
- 23g oat flour
- 15g peanut butter
- 20g maple syrup
- 13g chocolate chips
METHOD
- Stir all the cookie dough ingredients together and roll into small balls. Place in the fridge to set and until ready to use.
- Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and top with the cookie dough and enjoy!
