Decadent and nutritious, this dessert offers the best of both worlds. Making the vanilla nice-cream is as easy as 1-2-3, which is the number of key ingredients it requires. Buy your favourite brownies or make them from scratch, it doesn’t matter – personally, we love making sweet potato or black bean brownies for the extra protein and deliciously fudgy texture!
INGREDIENTS
- Bananas, 4 (frozen)
- Mesquite Powder, 1 tbsp (optional)
- Vanilla Bean Powder, 2 tsp
- Macadamia Milk, 1/4 cup
- Vegan Brownies, 2 slices
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients (except brownies) in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into your favourite Coconut Bowls and crumble brownies on top.
- Gently stir through the nice cream, serve and enjoy.
