RECIPE BY RUN 2 FOOD

Your cravings satisfied with this dreamy, creamy and chocolatey bowl! Be sure to load up on your favourite toppings to make this your ultimate treat. Dig in!

INGREDIENTS 

  • Bananas, 3-4 (large & ripe)
  • Cocoa Powder, 2 tbsp
  • Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 tbsp
  • Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp
  • Plant Milk, 1/3 cup
  • Liquid Sweetener, to taste (optional)

METHOD

  1. Add your choice of plant milk to your high-speed blender before adding in the rest of the ingredients. 
  2. Blend until thick, smooth and creamy. 
  3. Transfer the nice cream to your favourite Coconut Bowl and decorate with your choice of toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
