RECIPE BY BOUKJE FROM CUT THE CRAP

Make smoothies even healthier with a handful of greens. The trick with green smoothies are the fruits. The sweeter the fruit, the better it is to mask the leafy taste of the spinach. Generously add you fave toppings - we like fresh fruit and granola! 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • a splash of plant milk
METHOD
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve nice cream in your favourite Coconut Bowls.
  3. Enjoy as is or with your choice of toppings.
