RECIPE BY HANA FROM @HANKA_RAINBOW_FAIRY

Wake up with each spoonful of this delicious concoction! It's fruity, creamy and taste a little bit like a cold latte. What more can you ask for in a breakfast bowl?

INGREDIENTS
  • NICE CREAM
    • 1/2  cup frozen peaches
    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 1/2 cup almond milk (or cold brewed espresso if you're not using iced coffee protein powder)
    • 1 scoop Iced Coffee protein powder (you can substitute 1 tsp espresso powder and 1 scoop of plantbased vanilla protein powder)
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
    • frozen raspberries
    • oat hearts
    • white chocolate leaf
    • caramel spread
    • quinoa puffs
METHOD
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, creamy and lump free.
  2. Pour into your favourite Coconut Bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
