Smoothie Bowls are so versatile! This recipe is inspired from a classic favourite - Key Lime Pie! Serve this in your favourite Coconut Bowls for a lovely little treat for yourself, and enjoy it's tartness, sweetness and silky texture.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp key lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp green superfood powder (spirulina, barley grass etc)
METHOD
  1. Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
