RECIPE BY KELSI FROM HEALTHY KELSII

This smoothie is perfect to have any time of the day, it's sweet, tangy and delicious - the perfect cheesecake substitute whenever a craving hits! Top with your favourite cheesecake toppings or keep it plain to enjoy it's flavour even more. 
INGREDIENTS
  • Pineapple, 2 cups (frozen)
  • Bananas, 2 (frozen)
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream, 3/4 cup
METHOD
  1. Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with granola, coconut yogurt, blueberries and cashews.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
