Get ready for a tropical trip to mango heaven! 

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 frozen bananas 
  • 2 frozen mangoes 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
  • 1 scoop of coconut cream (top part of the canned coconut milk) 
  • 1/3 coconut milk 
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your nice cream ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with passion fruit and dragon fruit on top!
