INGREDIENTS
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1 cup avocado chunks, frozen
METHOD
- Place all nice cream ingredients (except the cacao nibs) in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, stir in the cacao nibs and top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
