INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 1 cup avocado chunks, frozen
METHOD
  1. Place all nice cream ingredients (except the cacao nibs) in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, stir in the cacao nibs and top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
