RECIPE BY MEALS BY MIRI

Here's a classic flavour combo that both adults and kids will love - peanut butter and jam. The tartness and sweetness of the raspberry compliments the peanut butter topping and smoothie base. Generously add some granola on top for the extra crunch.

INGREDIENTS
  • PB SMOOTHIE
    • 300g frozen banana
    • 1 tbsp peanut butter
    • 20g vegan vanilla protein powder
  • TOPPINGS
    • mashed raspberries
    • granola
    • peanut butter
METHOD
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and top with mashed raspberries, granola and extra peanut butter. Delish!
