What better way to enjoy summer than with a delicious smoothie bowl? This pink smoothie is made with a mix of frozen berries and bananas - making the perfect sweet and tart treat to enjoy during the warmer days.

INGREDIENTS
  • SMOOTHIE
    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
    • 1 scoop of protein powder
    • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
    • 1 tbsp pink piatay powder
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
    • mermaid tail (made from yogurt using a mold)
    • fresh or frozen berries
    • coconut chips
    • pitaya balls
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Serve them in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
