What better way to enjoy summer than with a delicious smoothie bowl? This pink smoothie is made with a mix of frozen berries and bananas - making the perfect sweet and tart treat to enjoy during the warmer days.
INGREDIENTS
- SMOOTHIE
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp pink piatay powder
- OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- mermaid tail (made from yogurt using a mold)
- fresh or frozen berries
- coconut chips
- pitaya balls
METHOD
- In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
- Serve them in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
- Enjoy!
