RECIPE BY BEAST FEAST
Create this high-fiber, protein-rich breakfast bowl at night and wake up to a creamy and scrumptious breakfast bowl in the morning! Top with your favourite fruits - and don't forget the nut butter!
INGREDIENTS
- Oats, 30g
- Plant Yogurt, 1 tbsp
- Coconut Milk, 50 ml
- Banana, 1/2 (mashed)
- Walnuts, 10 g
- Flax Seeds, 1 tsp (ground)
- Protein Powder, 20g (on flavour, optional)
- Seasonal Fruits (sliced, for topping)
METHOD

In a bowl, smash the banana and add oats.

Mix in the yogurt and milk. (add more milk if you think you need more liquids)

Add protein powder, flax seeds and walnuts. Mix it all well.

Let it rest for a few hours. Preferrably overnight in the fridge.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls. Top with fresh fruits and enjoy!
