Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie


A smooth and creamy, warmingly spiced smoothie inspired by the much-loved pumpkin spice latte. With pumpkin puree, coffee and spices, it makes a delicious plant-based, gluten-free, refined sugar free breakfast or snack.

    • Pumpkin Puree, 80 g
    • Banana, 1 (frozen)
    • Espresso, 1 shot (or 1 tsp instant espresso)
    • Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
    • Maple Syrup, 1/2 tsp
    • Almond Milk, 240 ml
    • Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
    • Mixed Spice, 1 pinch
    • Nutmeg, 1 pinch
    • Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 scoop (optional)
    • Coconut Yogurt,
    • Almond Butter
    • Maple Syrup
    • Pomegranate
    • Hemp Seeds
  1. Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed for a thinner smoothie.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
