These beautiful purple layers are irresistible. It's sweet, tart and creamy. Just the perfect on-the-go smoothie in the morning! 

serves 2

INGREDIENTS
  • DARK PURPLE SMOOTHIE
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 fresh banana
    • 1/2 cup mixed berries
    • 1-2 coconut yogurt
    • 2 cups soy milk
    • 1 1/2 tsp black goji berry
  • LIGHTER PURPLE SMOOTHIE
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 fresh banana
    • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
    • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
    • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
    • 2 cups soy milk
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your dark and light purple smoothie ingredients (seperately) until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Pour into in your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup alternatively and serve with your choice of toppings and a Bamboo Straw.
  3. Enjoy!
