Would you have guessed that this bowl actually contains spinach and berries? This is the perfect summer breakfast to boost your immune system and to prepare you for the day. It’s packed with antioxidants and vitamins. The blue spirulina creates this beautiful ocean color and adds extra health benefits too!
INGREDIENTS
- Banana, 1 (frozen)
- Mango, 1/2 cup (frozen)
- Berries, 1/2 cup (frozen)
- Fresh Spinach, 1 cup
- Soy Yogurt, 1/3 cup
- Blue Spirulina, 2 tsp
- Fresh Ginger, 1 tsp
- Maca Powder, 1 tbsp
- Oats, 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Blend all your smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer your smoothie into your favourite Coconut Bowl, top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
