Birthdays and special occasions call for a confetti dessert! A confetti nice cream is much easier to make than a confetti cake, trust us! It's a healthy way to celebrate too!

INGREDIENTS
  • Bananas, 3 (frozen) 
  • Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
  • Vegan Confetti
  • Coconut Milk, 1/3 cup (the thick part of the canned variety)
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your ingredients together (except for the confetti) until smooth and creamy. Stop the blender and stir in the confetti using our Smoothie Scooper
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with some more confetti and your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
