Decadent, luscious chocolate truffles that you won't feel guilty eating! 

makes 14 balls

INGREDIENTS
  • VANILLA BALLS
    • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
    • 1 tbsp coconut sugar 
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • a pinch of salt
    • 2 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • COATING
    • 3/4 cup dark chocolate
    • 3 tsp coconut oil
METHOD
  1. In a food processor, combine all your vanilla ball ingredients and blend until a smooth dough forms. Roll into balls and set aside in the fridget to set for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes. Feel free to increase or decrease the time as needed, you only need to heat them enough to melt them.
  3. Get your vanilla balls and coat each one in chocolate. 
  4. Store in the fridge until the chocolate has set.
  5. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and enjoy!
