Here's another take on a flavor of a cake turned into an incredible delicious and healthy nice cream!  If you're craving for a  Black Forest cake but without the calories, this recipe is for you! Add in some more chocolate and berries on top to make this even more decadent and tasty!

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS
  • Bananas, 2 (frozen)
  • Strawberries, 1/4 cup (frozen)
  • Raspberries. 1/4 cup (frozen)
  • Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp
  • Cacao Powder, 2 tbsp
  • Cacao Nibs, 1 tbsp
  • Almond Milk, 1/4 cup
METHOD
  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth, starting off with a small amount of almond milk and slowly adding more if needed to help blend.
  2. Divide into your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your favourite toppings!
