RECIPE BY KELSI FROM HEALTHY KELSII
Start your day right with a homemade wholefood granola. Serve with your fave plant yogurt or milk and top with your choice of toppings. We love fresh fruits and chocolate! You can even use this as a topping for your smoothies.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup seeds
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp water
METHOD
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix all of your granola ingredients together and tip on to the baking tray. Press down firmly and place in the oven for around 25 minutes until coloured.
- Break apart into granola sized pieces and serve with yogurt & fruit or use as the perfect smoothie bowl topper!
