This smoothie is great to serve for breakfast as it is a complete meal. It is protein packed and flavoured with vanilla. If you have some vanilla pods, use it instead of vanilla extract. The result will be a fragrant, rich nice cream.

INGREDIENTS
  • 5-6 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup plant milk or water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or the seeds from one vanilla pod
  • 3 tbsp protein powder
METHOD
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
