Vegan Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl


Dates are naturally very sweet, but they also have a caramel flavor that people love. It is often used as a healthier alternative to caramel. Enjoy the caramel flavour of this healthy treat!

  • 5 Medjool dates, soaked and drained and pitted
  •  1/ cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
