Colourful pastel smoothie bowl coloured with superfood powders to achieve the pink and blue hue. This smoothie tastes fruity and has a creamy and velvetty texture - perfect for a sweet breakfast or a refreshing snack during the day.

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 frozen bananas
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
  • a splash of plant-based milk
METHOD
  1. Add all the ingredients (except for the pink pitaya powder and blue spirulina) in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Remove half of the smoothie base. Add the pink pitaya powder in the blender and blend well. Divide the pink smoothie into two Coconut Bowls.
  3. Return the remaining smoothie base in the blender and blend in the bue spirulina.
  4. Divide the blue smoothie into the two Coconut Bowls and lightly stir to create a gradient effect with the pink and blue smoothie.
  5. Top with more yogurt, fresh strawberries, and cashews for crunch!
  6. Enjoy!
