RECIPE BY NIKI FROM @_SWEETFOODIELIFE

Nothing beats fresh cold-pressed juice! The ginger adds a whole depth of flavour as well as increase the nutritional value of this refreshing, immunity boosting concoction.  

INGREDIENTS
  • 4-5 big oranges, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 20 g ginger
  • 5-6 apples
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD
  1. Place each fruit and ginger one by one in your juicer. Once everything have been pressed, stir in maple syrup.
  2. Add some ice in your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and pour in the juice. Serve with a slice of lemon or orange and a Bamboo Straw..
  3. Enjoy!
