Nothing beats fresh cold-pressed juice! The ginger adds a whole depth of flavour as well as increase the nutritional value of this refreshing, immunity boosting concoction.
INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 big oranges, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 20 g ginger
- 5-6 apples
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD
- Place each fruit and ginger one by one in your juicer. Once everything have been pressed, stir in maple syrup.
- Add some ice in your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and pour in the juice. Serve with a slice of lemon or orange and a Bamboo Straw..
