Refreshments, anyone? This sweet, tangy and creamy smoothie is a must-try to beat the heat in the summer season!

INGREDIENTS
  • 60 g frozen bananas
  • 130 g frozen strawberries
  • 100 g frozen mango
  • 30 g vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 20 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 150 ml soy milk
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Pour into your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and serve with your choice of toppings  and a Bamboo Straw.
  3. Enjoy!
