This banana-free nice cream is comprised of delicious tropical fruits that are frozen and blended to create a soft serve-like consistency. Dream of your favourite tropical destination with this nice cream in hand served in a Coconut Bowl! 

INGREDIENTS
  • NICE CREAM
    • 2 cups frozen chopped mango
    • 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple
    • 1 fresh passion fruit
    • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
    • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • TOPPINGS
    • dragon fruit
    • passion fruit
    • longan
METHOD
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
