INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 package silken tofu (drained in a fine-mesh strainer)
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro/coriander
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into you Vitamix High-Performance Blender in the order listed above, and secure the lid.
- Start blending on the lowest speed, then slowly increase to its highest.
- Blend for 30 seconds until desired consistency is reached.
