Beautiful green hummus made with raw ingredients - perfect for a raw vegan diet. Serve with raw veggie sticks, and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 cups peas
- 1 avocado
- 12 cup walnuts, plus extra for topping
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp miso paste
METHOD
- Roughly chop all ingredients and add to a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve with raw vegan crackers and fresh vegetables.
