Beautiful green hummus made with raw ingredients - perfect for a raw vegan diet. Serve with raw veggie sticks, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 cups peas
  • 1 avocado
  • 12 cup walnuts, plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp miso paste

METHOD

  1. Roughly chop all ingredients and add to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with raw vegan crackers and fresh vegetables.
