RECIPE BY CREINA DIARY

This recipe is perfect for summer time. Fresh, delicious and adds a tropical vibe in each bite!

INGREDIENTS [SERVES 2]

  • Avocado, 1 
  • Cherry Tomatoes, 8-10 pcs
  • Chili Pepper, 1
  • Cilantro, as needed
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Mango, 1 
  • Red Onion, 1
  • Sweet Corn, 1/2 cup
  • Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

METHOD

  1. Chop all the ingredients and toss them in a salad bowl with olive oil and lime.
  2. Add salt and pepper and mix again. 
  3. Serve into your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
