Beet Hummus


Transform your hummus into this delicious and vibrant dip that your guests won't resist! Roasted beets adds a depth in flavour and aroma. So ready your chips, bread and veggies, and dip in!

  • 2 medium roasted beets diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp smoked salt or pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or 1 sprig
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh thyme, and salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls with fresh veggies or pita.
